Job summary

Nextracker is seeking a proactive Customer Success Manager to lead post-sales engagement for clients using our robotic inspection services and AI-based camera monitoring solutions. You will own onboarding, drive adoption, and coordinate with engineering and support to ensure SLAs and KPIs are met, while translating complex tech into measurable value for executives.

In this role, you will foster long-term partnerships, monitor health metrics, and advocate for customers to inform product

Qualifications

8+ years of proven experience in customer success, account management, or field operations.
Strong understanding of industrial inspection workflows and remote monitoring technologies.
Exceptional communication skills with executive and operational audiences.
Strategic thinker with a bias for action and a passion for customer advocacy.
Familiarity with CRM tools, ticketing systems, and customer health dashboards.
Solar Asset Manager experience preferred

Responsibilities

Lead onboarding experiences tailored to robotic inspection and AI monitoring deployments
Serve as primary contact for assigned accounts, fostering trust and partnerships
Monitor customer health metrics and address risks to satisfaction or renewal
Collaborate with engineering, field service, and support teams to resolve issues
Develop and deliver tailored training materials for customer teams
