Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, engineering or a related field.
• At least 2-5 years of relevant experience in a customer-focused role.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships to understand customers' goals and challenges.
• Know the customer's operations to optimize Seegrid in their environment.
• Use data analytics to track utilization and ROI.
• Deliver ongoing engagement: status meetings, workshops, training, evaluations.
• Proactively manage risks to utilization, satisfaction and growth.
• Translate business requirements into actionable improvements.
