Job summary

Path Robotics is seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to ensure successful deployment and ongoing value realization for our manufacturing customers across North America. You will serve as the voice of the customer, coordinate with product, engineering, and sales, and drive adoption of Path’s robotic systems.

You will manage post-signature relationships, monitor utilization, and lead cross-functional initiatives to align deployments with production planning and operational goals.

Qualifications

• Experience working with manufacturing processes and production planning.
• Experience with process improvement and root cause analysis i.e. Lean six sigma.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% to customer sites to build relationships and gain understanding of operations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for multiple customers across North America.
• Own the customer relationship post-signature through ongoing support and cross-functional coordination with deployments, product, engineering, and sales.
• Coordinate ongoing customer touchpoints to ensure production planning aligns with Path’s robotic systems capabilities.
• Own customer utilization and long-term success of Path Robotics systems across all assigned accounts.
