Verifiable is seeking a Customer Success Manager to own the customer relationship from implementation hand-off through renewal and expansion. You will ensure CRM data stays accurate and up-to-date while guiding customers to value realization.

You will become a trusted advisor, drive retention, adoption, and growth, and lead Quarterly Business Reviews with executive stakeholders, turning feedback into actionable input for Product and Development teams.
