Samsung Ads in New York is seeking a Customer Success Manager to support the Sales team and drive revenue growth. You will partner with Sellers on key accounts, deliver end-to-end support, manage campaign insights, and ensure renewals while demonstrating strong knowledge of the advertising industry across digital and programmatic platforms.

The role reports to the Manager, Customer Success within the Sales and Marketing division, based in NY.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in advertising sales with Account Management responsibilities.
• Strong task focus, ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail, multitasking, and organizational skills.
• Experience presenting to clients and leading meetings.
• Deep understanding of digital advertising, including programmatic.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with Sales to provide seamless account support, including RFP responses and media planning.
• Be the lead contact for day-to-day client communication and issue resolution.
• Lead campaign kick-offs, manage timelines, and share updates and optimization recommendations.
• Coordinate with product and operations on upcoming campaigns and KPIs.
• Maintain expertise in Samsung Ads platform to upsell opportunities.
• Create insights from campaign performance and suggest renewal strategies.
• Partner with Marketing for client-specific ideation and solutions.
• Educate clients, onboard new customers, and identify areas for improvement.
• Understand the broader financial picture to contribute to annual sales growth.
