Job summary

OSM Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Customer Success and Operations (CSO) Specialist to join the in-office team in Glendale Heights, IL. The role focuses on providing excellent phone and email support, resolving shipping issues, and maintaining data integrity across systems. You will run KPI reports and assist with customer implementations and process changes.

The position is full-time with benefits. Expected salary ranges are $27-$31 per hour, with comprehensive benefits including health insurance,

Qualifications

High school diploma required; some college experience preferred.
2+ years in customer success, customer operations, logistics or related field.
Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook; strong communication and empathy skills.
Proficient in Zendesk and Salesforce.

Responsibilities

Provide customers with ongoing phone and email support and resolve shipping issues.
Run KPI reports and update systems to maintain data integrity.
Foster relationships with business customers and respond timely to inquiries.
Work cross-departmentally to identify root causes and prevent issues.
Navigate Zendesk and Salesforce to manage cases and updates.
