• Project Enablement: collaborate with Project Management for administrative tracking.
• System Monitoring: supervise internal ticketing systems for prompt customer support.
• Office Management: receptionist duties and communications; greet and direct visitors.
• Mail & Supply Logistics: manage mail, supply requests, and inventory levels.
• Special Projects: lead ad-hoc administrative initiatives as needed.
