Job summary

ODW Logistics in Groveport, OH seeks a Warehouse Customer Service Representative (CSR) for 2nd shift to handle administrative duties for receiving, storing, maintaining, shipping and invoicing customer inventory. You will work with warehouse leadership, employees and customers to ensure accurate processes and timely communication.

Responsibilities include processing shipping/receiving docs, using WMS and MS Office, resolving discrepancies, producing reports, and maintaining customer info.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of customer service or related experience preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent education/work experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, data entry and internet application experience preferred.
• Previous experience with Warehouse Management System (AS400) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process and monitor shipping and receiving transactions and documentation (e.g. receipts, bills of lading, orders, confirmation of shipments, etc.).
• Communicate effectively with transportation, OFR, management, coworkers and customers with proper media (phone, email, face-to-face).
• Manage customer information using Warehouse Management System and Microsoft Office tools.
• Monitor damaged and/or on-hold product, notify vendors and work with OFRs.
• Collaborate with customer on necessary needs, including workflow organization and prompt response times.
• Research, resolve and communicate customer, inventory, order and inbounds discrepancies.
• Complete daily and/or monthly customer reporting documentation.
• All other duties as assigned.
