Qualifications

• 1 yr minimum Customer Service experience required
• Knowledge of basic business sales and marketing practices preferred
• Experience in Aerospace, Sealing, or Polymer industry beneficial
• Familiarity with AS9100 quality requirements beneficial
• Familiarity with order management beneficial
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong people and relationship building skills
• Customer driven with a positive, professional attitude
• Strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task and accuracy
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Word and Excel
• Proficiency with Oracle JD Edwards or SAP beneficial
• Adaptability to customer and supplier websites for orders/updates

Responsibilities

• Customer Management: review contracts per AS standards and local procedures; evaluate orders against supplier deliveries to meet OTD targets; interface with internal teams and customers to resolve complaints; may source product from internal or 3rd party sources to fulfill requirements
