Job summary

Pursuit Aerospace is seeking a Customer Support Coordinator to help coordinate shipments, input PO amendments, and ensure timely invoicing. The role supports communication of customer schedules and delivery commitments and acts as a backup to the ERP Administrator.

Location is Stuart, FL, onsite. The role requires a High School Diploma with at least two years of related experience and compliance with ITAR/EAR regulations. Weekend or evening work may be required to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of two (2) years of related experience.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must be able to perform work subject to ITAR/EAR regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with input of Purchase Order Amendments into the Syteline system.
• Perform weekly closing of Job Orders.
• Maintain Repair order entry into Syteline.
• Log all QF-1 Forms and track overdue items.
• Enter customer schedules into Syteline as defined by Customer Support Manager.
• Invoicing of shipped product on a daily basis.
• Generate and communicate daily shipment instruction lists.
• Maintain an open action log for outstanding invoices.
