Job summary

Accurus Aerospace Kent, LLC is seeking a Program Coordinator to provide effective customer service while coordinating with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Quality.

The role requires strong English communication, proficiency with Outlook/Teams/SharePoint, Excel, and ERP systems, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced aerospace environment on-site in Kent, WA.

ITAR compliance awareness is required; on-site work with potential PPE and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s in business administration preferred.
• 1+ year of customer service experience required; higher levels for II/III.
• Experience in manufacturing or aerospace is a plus.
• Strong English communication and Microsoft Office skills are essential.
• ERP experience is preferred; Infor Visual is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Answers customer calls; communicates professionally via phone, email, and in person.
• Develops professional relationships with customers and maintains order files.
• Processes sales and change orders; relays changes to teams and updates ERP/CRM.
• Uses ERP to create production orders and expediting deliveries per due dates.
• Prepares invoicing and shipping documentation.
• Monitors open purchase orders and tracks KPI metrics daily.
