Job summary

Pursuit Aerospace, a global aircraft component manufacturer, seeks a Customer Support Coordinator in Stuart, FL, onsite. You will coordinate hardware shipments, share customer schedules, communicate delivery commitments, and help ensure on-time payments.

The role also serves as a backup to the ERP Administrator, with daily invoicing and customer follow-up. Requires a high school diploma and 2+ years of related experience; ITAR/EAR eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of two (2) years of related experience.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must be able to perform work subject to ITAR/EAR regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist input of Purchase Order Amendments into the Syteline system.
• Perform weekly closing of Job Orders.
• Maintain Repair order entry into Syteline.
• Log QF-1 Forms and track overdue forms.
• Retrieve customer schedules and input into Syteline as defined by the Customer Support Manager.
• Perform accurate invoicing of shipped product daily.
