Responsibilities

• Represents Company to internal and external customers by providing a world-class customer service experience
• Manage orders from placement through delivery, returns, and any issues for the life of the order
• Coordinate with leadership and cross-functional teams to secure product needs for customers
• Access production systems for managing customer sales orders & suppliers through inventory systems
• Coordinate contract administration, purchasing, engineering, quality assurance, traffic, and warehousing
• Multitask under pressure while maintaining strong communication and organization
• Prioritize and escalate as needed to meet customer needs
• Put the customer first and be a team player
• Roles cover commercial and unclassified military areas
