Job summary

Lincotek Surface Solutions in the United States seeks a Customer Service Associate and Logistics Support to manage orders from receipt to invoicing. You will coordinate with Production, Quality, Engineering and Logistics to ensure accurate SAP processing and on-time delivery while maintaining clear customer communication.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Associate degree preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure with strong prioritization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service and organizational abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; SAP experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead contract review and resolve PO discrepancies with internal teams and customers.
• Create, process, and manage SAP sales orders with backlog accuracy.
• Enter and maintain customer commit dates in SAP and portals; communicate delivery updates.
• Monitor priorities, forecasts, and delivery commitments; coordinate with teams.
• Coordinate with Shipping/Receiving to ensure timely processing and shipment.
• Communicate shipping priorities and special delivery requirements to teams.
• Assist with Goods Receipts (GRs) in SAP for orders.
• Assist with PGI and Billing Documents (invoicing) in SAP.
• Support customer-owned insert management with Logistics Supervisor.
• Provide customers with order status updates via email, portals, and meetings.
• Understand PO requirements; collaborate with internal teams to fulfill orders.
• Back up Logistics Supervisor for invoicing and shipment coordination.
• Maintain organized records per company requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
