Job summary

Trane Technologies in the United States is seeking a Customer Success and Account Management professional to support sales teams and sustain client relationships. The role includes managing renewals, expanding accounts, and coordinating with Estimating, Operations, Sales and Billing to deliver value.

You will visit client sites, respond to inquiries within 24 hours, and work with service teams to ensure projects meet schedule and profitability goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-year degree required.
• Experience in a customer service capacity is a plus.
• Must be able to handle high-stress situations.
• Must communicate effectively in person, by phone and in writing.
• Proficient with telephone, voicemail, computer and other office equipment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Able to work extended hours occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Deliver customer service and sales solutions while assisting the internal Sales team with financial and business goals.
• Oversee customer contract renewals and expansions; improve satisfaction and ensure obligations are met.
• Collaborate with Estimating, Operations, Sales and Billing to support customer needs.
• Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and coordinate with the account team on strategies to win.
• Visit customer sites at least three times per week to ensure work is executed properly and to identify sales opportunities.
• Manage accounts receivable communications and follow-up; support quick quotes and lead follow-ups.
