Job summary

Trane Supply in United States is seeking an Account Manager to deliver excellent customer service and sales solutions while supporting the internal Sales team to meet financial goals. You will oversee renewals and expansion within the portfolio, and collaborate with Estimating, Operations, Sales and Billing to satisfy customer needs.

Role involves visiting client facilities regularly, responding to inquiries within 24 hours, and identifying opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-year degree required.
• Experience in a customer service capacity is a plus.
• Must communicate effectively in person, by phone and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for customer satisfaction, retention, and growth for assigned portfolio.
• Drives the account management process with account profiles and strategies.
• Visit customers sites at least three times a week to identify sales opportunities.
• Coordinate with Estimating, Operations, Sales and Billing to support customer needs.
• Manage service agreement renewals and monthly performance reviews.
