Job summary

Bloomberg Industry Group is seeking a Customer Success Manager for BGOV in Arlington, VA. You will serve as the primary point of contact for users within existing client accounts and drive adoption, usage, and renewals.

You will establish long-term relationships, identify up-sell opportunities, monitor account health, and partner with Relationship Partners on strategic initiatives. Some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, or sales.
• 2-4 years of sales or account management experience in a business environment comparable to Bloomberg Industry Group.
• Prior account management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for users within an existing client, focusing on increasing users, usage, engagement and renewals.
• Establish long-term relationships with customers and identify up-sell opportunities.
• Proactively monitors account health and crafts engagement strategies.
• Trains and supports assigned accounts to maximize utilization of Bloomberg Industry Group products, including onboarding training of new employees.
• Helps clients set up alerts, dashboards, and more.
• Collaborates with Relationship Partners to define account-specific strategies and growth opportunities.
• Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
