Job summary

Bloomberg Industry Group in Arlington, VA seeks a Client Service Manager 2 to drive engagement, training, and renewals for key accounts. You’ll act as liaison among accounts, sales, and departments, and identify upsell opportunities to maximize product utilization.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of sales/account management experience in a related market; travel within the territory is required. A competitive compensation package with incentives is offered.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of sales or account management experience preferred in a related market.
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for users in an existing client to boost usage and renewals.
• Establish long-term relationships and identify upsell opportunities.
• Monitor account health and craft engagement strategies.
• Train and support accounts to maximize product utilization and onboarding.
• Collaborate with Relationship Partners to pursue growth opportunities.
