Job summary

Foresight Data, Inc. in San Francisco, CA, is seeking a Customer Success professional focused on our Portfolio Monitoring product. You will guide venture and private equity clients from onboarding through ongoing engagement, translating complex finance data into actionable insights.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in finance/fintech, fund accounting knowledge, and strong communication skills. A BS in finance or accounting is required; SF Bay Area candidates are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in finance or fintech, strong financial data understanding.
• Knowledge of fund accounting and portfolio company concepts.
• Familiar with private markets reporting standards.
• Ability to work with large datasets and explain technical topics.
• Excellent communication with customers; independent contributor.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate implementation for new clients and tailor Foresight to needs.
• Collaborate with product/engineering to define client solutions and onboarding.
• Track client requests, manage expectations, and deliver on time.
• Support Net Promoter Score by solving customers' business needs.
• Solicit feedback with product team to drive enhancements.
• Lead user education and training for existing clients.
