Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor and progress deals through pipeline and processing stages.
• Foster client relationships and support communications to closing.
• Maintain documentation of sales training, summaries, client acquisition strategies, and sales/marketing practices.
• Assess and qualify incoming deals.
• Support initiatives focused on customer retention and referral generation.
• Coordinate and send personalized thank-you notes and client appreciation gifts.
• Administer client satisfaction surveys and help implement improvements.
