Mitratech is seeking a strategic, data-driven Program Manager of Digital Engagement to lead B2C and client digital engagement across the full customer lifecycle. You will drive awareness, onboarding, engagement, retention, and lifetime value through omnichannel experiences.

The role blends marketing, lifecycle strategy and analytics to create meaningful customer connections that impact business outcomes. This is a remote US-based opportunity.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years in customer engagement, CS ops, or SaaS digital marketing.
• Experience building and scaling digital journeys and engagement programs.
• Hands-on with marketing automation platforms and analytics.
• Strong communication and cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive B2C digital engagement framework.
• Partner with teams to increase product usage and customer health.
• Oversee programs across email, SMS, push, in-app, social and web personalization.
• Define segmentation and personalization strategies to improve engagement.
