Responsibilities

• Maintain manufacturing-based customer accounts with unique processes.
• Implement CRM software and manage incoming information.
• Coordinate with other departments for internal follow-up.
• Create and maintain physical and electronic records.
• Prepare and submit quotes; manage NDA and customer agreements.
• Track status reports and updates for house accounts.
• Coordinate customer visit schedules and onboarding tools.
