Job summary

Inteplast Group is seeking a detail-oriented Pricing Coordinator to support pricing strategies across the portfolio. The role focuses on accuracy, competitiveness, and profitability, working with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Marketing.

The ideal candidate has 1-3 years in pricing/finance or data analysis and strong Excel skills. This in-office position requires attention to detail and effective cross-functional communication.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in pricing, finance, data analysis, or sales operations.
• Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update pricing databases, systems, and tools.
• Support the development and implementation of pricing strategies.
• Conduct market and competitor pricing analysis.
• Prepare pricing proposals, quotes, and margin analysis.
• Monitor pricing performance and identify trends or discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with company pricing policies and approval processes.
• Assist with contract pricing, bid submissions, and special pricing requests.
• Generate pricing reports and dashboards for leadership.
• Collaborate with Sales and Finance to resolve pricing discrepancies.
• Other duties as assigned.
