Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1-3 years in a large corporate Customer Service or Operations.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Outlook and AS400 system.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Valid driver's license for required training and travel.

Responsibilities

• Process purchase orders, sample requests, claims, and new customer data.
• Coordinate issues with various departments to ensure proper closure.
• Manage daily reports and take required actions on abnormal items.
• Handle orders, samples, claims, and sales-rep requests for assigned accounts.
• Enter new customer data and route for setup; ensure customer satisfaction.
