Job summary

Inteplast Group is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator in Livingston, NJ to provide direct customer service by adhering to corporate procedures and ensuring customer requests are processed satisfactorily. The role requires building strong customer relationships and accurate data handling.

Responsibilities include processing orders, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining up-to-date customer data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1-3 years in a large corporate environment in Customer Service or Operations.
• Computer skills – Word, Excel, and Outlook; AS400 system.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Travel with valid driver’s license for training and business needs.

Responsibilities

• Process purchase orders, sample requests, claims, and data setup in our system per procedures.
• Coordinate customer issues across departments to ensure proper closure and resolution.
• Manage daily reports and take required actions on abnormal items.
• Handle orders, samples, and inquiries for assigned accounts.
