Job summary

Flambeau is seeking a Customer Relations Coordinator to be a key connection point for our Automotive, Fluids, and Industrial Division customers. You will manage orders from start to finish, ensure timely communication, and support internal teams to keep operations running smoothly.

You will serve as the main contact for assigned customers, enter and review orders, and monitor open orders to ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• College degree in Business or related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum two years of customer service experience in a manufacturing setting preferred.
• Proficient in using Order Entry and related modules in an ERP system (Delmia Works/IQMs preferred).
• Microsoft Office (basic to intermediate Excel skill level is required).
• Clear and concise communicator.
• Excellent customer relations skills.
• Intuitive thinker.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned customers, ensuring high satisfaction and proactive communication.
• Enter and review new orders, including spot buys, blanket purchase orders, and EDI transmissions.
• Complete contract reviews and manage revisions or changes to existing orders.
• Monitor open orders to ensure timely delivery and communicate updates to customers and production.
• Respond promptly to customer and internal emails (within 4 hours for customers, 24 hours internally).
• Perform ERP-related tasks in line with established procedures (Delmia Works/IQMs experience a plus).
• Assist in resolving customer issues related to pricing, scheduling, shipping, or invoicing.
• Manage customer scorecards and elevate concerns to appropriate department heads.
• Support Sales Account Managers on customer-related topics.
