Job summary

Flambeau Inc. in Ohio is seeking a Customer Relations Coordinator to be the main liaison for Automotive, Fluids, and Industrial Division customers.

You will manage orders from start to finish, ensure timely communication, and support internal teams to maintain smooth operations. Responsibilities include entering orders, reviewing contracts, monitoring open orders, and resolving issues related to pricing, scheduling, shipping, or invoicing.

Qualifications

• College degree in Business or related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum two years of customer service experience in a manufacturing setting preferred.
• Proficient in ERP order entry modules (Delmia Works/IQMs preferred).
• Microsoft Office, including basic to intermediate Excel.
• Excellent customer relations skills and clear, concise communication.
• Intuitive thinker with foresight into impact of actions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned customers, ensuring high satisfaction and proactive communication.
• Enter and review new orders, including spot buys, blanket purchase orders, and EDI transmissions.
• Complete contract reviews and manage revisions or changes to existing orders.
• Monitor open orders to ensure timely delivery and communicate updates to customers and production.
• Respond promptly to customer and internal emails (within 4 hours for customers, 24 hours internally).
• Perform ERP-related tasks in line with established procedures (Delmia Works/IQMs experience a plus).
• Assist in resolving customer issues related to pricing, scheduling, shipping, or invoicing.
• Manage customer scorecards and elevate concerns to appropriate department heads.
• Support Sales Account Managers on customer-related topics.
