Job summary

Lakeside Manufacturing is seeking a Customer Service Project Coordinator to serve as the primary liaison between customers, sales representatives, and manufacturing operations from quote through delivery.

Responsibilities include managing quotes, order accuracy, and coordinating across departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. Prior experience in CRM/ERP and manufacturing is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years in customer service, sales support, or project coordination preferred.
• Experience with CRM and ERP systems preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process customer quote requests and maintain quote records.
• Track quote activity and coordinate revisions.
• Review purchase orders against approved quotations for accuracy.
• Resolve discrepancies involving pricing, specifications, quantities, and lead times.
• Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Production, Purchasing, and Customer Service teams.
• Communicate production, material, scheduling, and shipping updates to customers.
• Coordinate shipping arrangements and delivery communication.
• Maintain accurate CRM and order management records.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and reporting activities.
