Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide responsive, professional customer service and be a key point of contact for customers within assigned territories.
• Enter and maintain customer information, quotations, orders, and related documentation.
• Process and track customer quotes and orders while ensuring alignment with pricing strategies, margins, and program naming requirements.
• Communicate with customers regarding order acknowledgements, order status, shipping details, and other order-related information.
• Maintain electronic customer records, including lab projects, quotations, order acknowledgements, price lists, and notes.
• Create new item numbers and product descriptions according to procedures.
• Coordinate internally to ensure timely completion of samples, information requests, and orders.
• Develop and utilize project management tools to support cross-functional collaboration on major programs.
