Responsibilities

• Process customer orders from receipt to fulfillment accurately.
• Verify pricing, availability, and lead times.
• Coordinate with internal teams and logistics for on-time delivery.
• Prepare order documentation and maintain records.
• Monitor orders and update customers and stakeholders.
• Resolve discrepancies, shipments, and inquiries promptly.
• Support sales with order tracking and follow-up.
• Maintain customer and order data in ERP/CRM systems.
• Ensure compliance with procedures and quality standards.
• Contribute to continuous improvement in customer satisfaction and efficiency.
