Job summary

GreenChem Industries, LLC is seeking a driven Customer Success Coordinator to own the complete order lifecycle from Sales Order creation to delivery and NetSuite fulfillment. You will coordinate procurement, secure carriers, and ensure Perfect Order performance with proactive customer communication across all order stages.

Responsibilities include classification of orders by urgency, PO validation, freight scheduling, and meticulous documentation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer service or supply chain execution preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of freight and logistics terminology is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete order lifecycle from intake to delivery and NetSuite fulfillment.
• Coordinate procurement for non-stock orders and communicate timelines to customers.
• Source, quote, and secure carriers; manage FreightPOP workflow and BOL creation.
• Ensure proper documentation for shipment and compliance with DOT and other regs.
• Provide proactive status updates and own the Perfect Order metric for assigned accounts.
• Serve as the single point of contact for all order-related inquiries and escalations.
