Job summary

GreenChem Industries is seeking a driven Customer Success Coordinator to own the complete order lifecycle from Sales Order creation to Proof of Delivery. You will coordinate procurement, freight, and documentation, ensuring Perfect Order performance for assigned accounts in NetSuite.

No handoffs, single owner from PO to delivery, across all order types. You will classify orders, track supplier lead times, and drive proactive communication with customers and carriers to maintain on-time delivery

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service or supply chain execution.
• Knowledge of freight modes: LTL, FTL, Liquid Bulk, Tank Trucks, ISOs, Drayage, Ocean.
• Familiarity with DOT hazardous materials shipping regulations.
• Strong attention to detail in regulatory documentation.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end order lifecycle from sales order to delivery in NetSuite.
• Coordinate freight, carrier management, and documentation for every order.
• Classify orders by urgency, order type, and ensure SLA compliance.
• Communicate proactively with customers and internal teams to prevent delays.
