Job summary

Hitachi Energy in Jefferson City, Missouri, is seeking a Customer Success Coordinator to bridge customers and operations, owning the journey from order acceptance to shipment and after-market services.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and Production Planning to ensure quality, accuracy, and timeliness, while driving customer satisfaction and identifying improvement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Ability to work onsite in Jefferson City, Missouri.
• Experience with Microsoft Office; SAP experience a plus.
• Understanding of general accounting principles and business processes.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, communication, and project coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders and support the clean order initiative.
• Coordinate with Engineering to ensure timely drawing package delivery.
• Manage change orders and maintain cross-department communication.
• Build strong customer relationships and serve as a main contact.
• Support revenue goals by reducing shipment holds and proactive order management.
• Handle returns, concessions, milestones, and invoice follow-up.
• Communicate shipment schedules and resolve delays to customers.
• Drive continuous improvement through lean methodologies.
