• 0-1 years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management, preferably SaaS or e-commerce.
• Strategic mindset with ability to manage complex accounts and build relationships.
• Exceptional communication, written and verbal, across levels.
• Data analytics and reporting familiarity is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Drive customer success strategy by building relationships with key sellers and tailoring solutions.
• Deliver training sessions and ongoing support to maximize platform usage.
• Prevent churn and identify opportunities for upsell and expanded adoption.
• Resolve issues with internal teams, ensuring timely and empathetic resolution.
• Use CRM analytics to monitor engagement and report on account performance.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Product to align on customer outcomes.
• Contribute to best practices and mentor junior team members.
