Predictive Sales AI is seeking a Customer Success Consultant in Boca Raton, FL. You will guide a diverse client portfolio through onboarding, adoption, and ongoing growth, combining relationship management with training to drive measurable value.

You will collaborate with onboarding, support, product, and sales teams to optimize the client journey, monitor KPIs, and reduce churn while expanding client partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2+ years in customer success or account management with SaaS experience.
• Client-facing experience with B2B or B2C clients.
• Onboarding and implementation experience for software products.
• Strong project management with multi-account handling.
• Proficiency with data reporting and analytics for insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communications.

Responsibilities

• Own the Client Lifecycle from kickoff through renewal, designing success plans.
• Guide onboarding and implementation of our AI-driven software for new clients.
• Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders to drive adoption and expansion.
• Conduct onboarding and ongoing training to maximize platform usage and value.
• Monitor KPIs and health scores; act on insights to improve retention.
• Maintain a proactive, consultative approach in all client interactions.
• Collaborate with onboarding, support, product, and sales to optimize the client experience.
