Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years in customer-facing consulting leading transformation engagements.
• Proven track record building senior executive relationships.
• Experience mapping change strategy to business outcomes.
• Expertise applying AI-native delivery to complex programs.
• Ability to guide teams through vision to enablement and adoption.
• Experience working with technical audiences using Design Thinking.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategic direction and quality bar for HCC engagements.
• Build executive sponsorship and alignment at the sponsor level.
• Shape go-to-market strategy, proposal development, and SOW structuring.
• Lead practice development and mentor junior managers.
• Guide customers through vision and change strategy to enable adoption.
• Weave Design Thinking into work and collaborate with technical teams.
