Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Senior Customer Success leader to own the strategic direction for a portfolio of Human-Centered Change engagements. You will build executive sponsorship, guide transformation programs, and shape go-to-market strategy with complex proposals and SOWs.

You will mentor managers, embed AI-native delivery in engagements, and apply design thinking with technical teams. Willingness to travel up to 50% and work on-site with customers is required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in customer-facing consulting roles
• Experience leading and growing a practice or portfolio of large-scale transformations
• Expertise in change management methodologies such as Levers model and ADKAR
• Track record building relationships with senior executives and translating strategy to outcomes
• Experience applying AI-native delivery to consulting engagements
• Knowledge of AI capabilities and responsible deployment
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and work on-site with customers

Responsibilities

• Own the strategic direction and quality bar for a portfolio of Human-Centered Change engagements
• Build executive relationships with customer sponsors at the C-suite level
• Shape go-to-market strategy — lead complex proposals, deal shaping, and SOW structuring
• Lead practice development: mentor and develop Managers/Senior Managers
• Guide customers through vision and change strategy and enablement
• Weave Design Thinking into engagements with technical audiences
