Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a senior consultant to own the strategic direction and quality for a Human-Centered Change portfolio. You will build executive sponsorship with client sponsors and shape complex SOWs for high-risk engagements.

You will lead practice development, mentor managers, and apply AI-native delivery methods while collaborating with technical teams. Expect travel up to 50% and on-site client work.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in customer-facing consulting.
• Experience leading and growing a practice or portfolio of large-scale transformations.
• Deep expertise in change management methodologies and frameworks.
• Proven track record with senior executives and business outcomes.
• Experience applying AI-native delivery in consulting engagements.
• Familiar with Claude Code or similar AI tools used daily.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and work on-site with clients.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategic direction and quality bar for a portfolio of engagements.
• Build and sustain executive-level sponsorship for transformation programs.
• Shape go-to-market strategy, proposals, and SOW structuring for large engagements.
• Lead practice development; mentor managers and define repeatable methodologies.
• Guide clients through visioning, enablement, and adoption activities.
• Incorporate Design Thinking and collaborate with technical teams.
