Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a senior Human-Centered Change consultant to own the strategic direction and quality bar for a portfolio of engagements, acting as the senior escalation point for account and project leadership.

You will build executive sponsorship at the C-suite, shape HCC go-to-market strategy, mentor managers, and advance AI-native delivery while working onsite with customers across industries.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in customer-facing consulting roles.
• Experience building and growing a management-level portfolio.
• Deep expertise in change management methodologies (Levers model, ADKAR).
• History building trusted executive relationships and translating change to outcomes.
• Experience applying AI-native delivery methodologies in consulting.
• Familiarity with AI tools (Claude Code) and coaching others.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and be on-site with customers.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategic direction and quality bar for a portfolio of Human-Centered Change engagements, serving as the senior escalation point for account and project leadership.
• Build and sustain executive-level relationships with customer sponsors, driving alignment and sponsorship at the C-suite level.
• Shape HCC go-to-market strategy—lead complex proposal development, deal shaping, and SOW structuring for large or high-risk engagements.
• Lead practice development: mentor and develop Managers and Senior Managers, define repeatable methodologies, represent HCC internally and with customers.
• Guide customers through larger vision and change strategy as well as enablement and training for adoption.
• Weave Design Thinking into work and collaborate effectively with technical audiences.
