Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Senior Change Management Consultant to lead a portfolio of Human-Centered Change engagements. You will mentor managers, shape go-to-market strategies, and build executive sponsorship for transformative programs.

You’ll embed AI-native delivery practices and coach teams through large-scale change using Salesforce frameworks. Travel up to 50% and on-site work with customers are expected.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in customer-facing consulting roles
• Experience managing and developing people managers
• Expertise in change management (Levers model, ADKAR)
• Proven track record with senior executives and business outcomes
• Experience applying AI-native delivery methodologies
• Familiar with AI tools (Claude Code) and coaching others
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and to work on site with customers

Responsibilities

• Own strategic direction and quality bar for HCC engagements; senior escalation point
• Build and sustain executive-level relationships with customer sponsors
• Shape HCC go-to-market strategy; lead proposals, SOW structuring
• Lead practice development: mentor managers and define methodologies
• Guide customers through vision and change strategy; enablement and training
• Weave Design Thinking into delivery with technical audiences
