Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a senior Change Consultant to lead a portfolio of Human-Centered Change engagements, shaping strategy, proposals, and SOWs while mentoring Managers and Senior Managers. You will cultivate C-suite sponsorship and ensure adoption through AI-native delivery and Design Thinking.

Travel up to 50% and onsite collaboration with diverse clients is required. Join a team driving transformation across industries with Salesforce's Levers and ADKAR methodologies.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in customer-facing consulting leading transformation engagements.
• Experience managing people managers.
• Expertise in Salesforce Levers model and Prosci ADKAR framework.
• Track record building trusted relationships with senior executives and translating change strategy into business outcomes.
• Proven expertise applying AI-native delivery methodology to consulting engagements.
• Familiar with AI tools such as Claude Code.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and work onsite with customers.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategic direction and quality bar for a portfolio of Human-Centered Change engagements, acting as the senior escalation point for account and project leadership.
• Build and sustain executive-level relationships with customer sponsors, driving alignment and sponsorship for transformation programs at the C-suite level.
• Shape go-to-market strategy — leading complex proposal development, deal shaping, and SOW structuring for large or high-risk engagements.
• Lead practice development: mentor and develop Managers and Senior Managers, define repeatable methodologies, and represent HCC internally and with customers.
• Guide customers through larger vision and change strategy as well as enablement and training for successful adoption.
• Weave Design Thinking methodology into your work and collaborate with technical audiences.
