Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in customer solutions, marketing, sales, or related roles.
• Demonstrated experience leading a team to execute goals and objectives.
• Excel at SAP (or other ERP systems) and Salesforce experience a must.

Responsibilities

• Actively supervises and develops team, including interviewing, onboarding, training and performance reviews.
• Manages workload for the Team with monthly review of metrics (NPS, order counts, calls) and re-distribute work as needed.
• Maintains customer satisfaction by delivering value-added service and professional experiences.
• Measures work through audits, call scoring, coaching, and performance management processes.
