Husqvarna Construction Products North America, Inc. is seeking a Customer Solutions Supervisor to oversee the CSR team and daily operations, ensuring a high-quality customer experience for internal and external customers.

The role focuses on coaching, attendance and performance management, and maintaining daily reports while supporting ERP/CRM workflows to sustain competitive advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business preferred.
• 3-5 years customer service experience in a call center environment required.
• Previous lead or supervisory experience required.
• Strong knowledge of current ERP system, Excel, Word.
• Strong knowledge of HCP business processes.
• Strong knowledge of workflow management of business dynamics (CRM).

Responsibilities

• Supervise the Customer Solutions Department daily.
• Monitor staffing and provide proper phone coverage to meet SLA.
• Oversee daily workflow including back order reports and CRM responsibilities.
• Coach gaps in attendance, performance and behavior.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Provide ERP systems training to support required functions.
• Oversee training of new hires.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback.
• Handle daily personnel issues and involve Customer Service Manager when needed.
• Lead monthly department meetings.
• Create and maintain daily activity reports.
