Job summary

United Site Services seeks a Solutions Group Supervisor to lead a team delivering world-class customer experiences for Solutions Group customers. You’ll guide sales, service, and billing processes, ensuring fast, clear, and quality outcomes while managing people performance and cross-functional collaboration.

You will drive KPIs, coach staff, and maintain strong customer partnerships, leveraging USS products and services to grow wallet share and optimize project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 Year / Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting
• 6 years of customer service experience or equivalent
• Demonstrate strong safety awareness and leadership

Responsibilities

• Monitor the Call Management System to identify issues and ensure coverage
• Generate monthly metrics and scorecard reporting
• Track and approve employees in the payroll system
• Build cross-functional relationships to ensure excellent experience delivery
• Maintain high-quality, long-term partnerships with customers
• Provide swift, customer-centric resolutions for escalations
• Coach and develop National Account Specialists
• Hire, train, and supervise Solutions Group Specialists
• Plan daily team work schedules for optimal coverage
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiencies and customer experience
