Job summary

Kelly is hiring a Customer Solutions Specialist in Hampton, VA. You will answer inbound calls about wireless cell phone questions, troubleshoot devices, and coordinate with technicians.

This position runs Monday–Friday, 9am–5:30pm for 30–60 days with immediate onboarding and training. You’ll work with Account Managers to resolve client issues, provide order status, and tracking services, requiring strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Have excellent communication and customer service skills (must have).
• Can troubleshoot technical issues and resolve problems efficiently (must have).
• Previous call center or customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answering inbound calls and assisting callers with wireless cell phone questions.
• Troubleshooting devices and coordinating with service providers or technicians.
• Collaborating with Account Managers to resolve client issues.
