Job summary

Border States is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Greenville, SC to support the sales team, process orders and resolve customer inquiries. You’ll maintain reports, assist with pricing, and help drive service levels across our product lines.

The role emphasizes accurate communication, timely follow-up, and cross-functional teamwork with Sales, Billing, and Product teams. Strong customer service skills, English proficiency, and familiarity with Windows and SAP are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a 2-year business/trade degree or equivalent work experience.
• At least 2 years of prior customer service or sales support experience.
• Prefer knowledge of electrical products and SAP software.

Responsibilities

• Assist sales team to meet branch sales and gross profit objectives.
• Process orders, price requests, returns, and coordinate deliveries.
• Provide timely follow-up on customer inquiries and billing issues.
• Maintain reports and participate in product marketing and pricing discussions.
