Job summary

Arcwood Environmental is seeking a Customer Solutions Coordinator in Indianapolis to be the frontline contact for customers and to orchestrate all aspects of the service delivery process. Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant customer experience, project management or office experience.
• In lieu of degree, 6+ years of customer experience, project management, or office experience.
• Bachelor's degree in environmental science or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prioritizes health and safety by adhering to policies and maintaining safe practices at all times.
• Serves as the primary point of contact for customers within an assigned service center, orchestrating service delivery.
• Manages communications for all aspects of the service delivery process.
• Responds to inbound requests, provides standard quotes for Tier 4 customers, and transitions to the Sales team.
• Participates in the Sales to Service Delivery transition and onboarding of new customers.
• Uses chemistry principles and DOT/RCRA regulations to assist with waste profiles.
• Prepares shipping documentation, manifests, and labels as needed.
• Coordinates with internal teams to ensure waste approvals and appropriate treatment/disposal paths.
