Job summary

Arcwood Environmental, LLC is seeking a Customer Solutions Coordinator to orchestrate the service delivery process for Arcwood customers, guiding them from intake to invoicing. You will be the primary contact at the service center, coordinating with Technical Solutions and Logistics to ensure timely, accurate service delivery.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (required).
Bachelor’s degree in environmental science or related field (preferred).
2+ years of relevant customer experience, project management or office experience (required) -OR- 6+ years (required) in lieu of degree.
Previous experience within environmental waste or a related technical area (preferred).

Responsibilities

Orchestrates the service delivery process for Arcwood customers.
Serves as the primary contact within an assigned service center.
Provides standard quotes for Tier 4 customers and transitions to Sales.
Leads onboarding of new customers and ensures proper Arcwood system setup.
Uses chemistry principles and DOT/RCRA regulations to create waste profiles.
Coordinates with Technical Solutions, Logistics, Billing, and other teams.
