Arcwood Environmental, LLC is seeking a Customer Solutions Coordinator to lead the full service delivery process for our customers, from onboarding to invoicing and billing coordination.

You will serve as the main customer contact in a service center role, coordinating with Technical Solutions, Logistics, and other internal teams to ensure timely, accurate service delivery and quotes that align with Arcwood policies.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant customer experience, project management or office experience (required)
• In lieu of degree, 6+ years of customer experience, project management, or office experience (required)
• Previous experience within environmental waste or a related technical area (preferred)

Responsabilités

• Orchestrates the service delivery process for Arcwood customers from onboarding to invoicing.
• Ensures input from Technical Solutions Coordinator, Logistics and other teams at the right stages.
• Transmits required information to Billing and manages quotes and pricing alignment with Arcwood policies.
