Arcwood Environmental is seeking a Customer Solutions Coordinator in Signal Hill, CA to orchestrate the service delivery process for customers and guide them from onboarding through invoicing. You will coordinate inputs across teams and maintain communications to ensure smooth delivery.

The role requires 2+ years in customer experience or related fields, with an emphasis on safety, regulatory understanding (DOT/RCRA), and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant customer experience, project management or office experience.
• In lieu of degree, 6+ years of customer experience, project management, or office experience.
• Previous experience within environmental waste or a related technical area (preferred).

Responsabilités

• Orchestrates the service delivery process for Arcwood customers.
• Leads and guides the customer through the service delivery process, including establishing customer profiles and transferring information for invoicing.
• Serves as the primary point of contact for customers within an assigned service center and ensures excellent customer experience.
• Ensures input from Technical Solutions Coordinator, Technical Services, Logistics, etc. at appropriate stages and in a timely manner.
• Maintains ownership of communications for all aspects of the service delivery process.
• Responds to inbound requests from new customers, provides standard quotes for Tier 4 customers, and transitions support to Sales as needed.
• Facilitates onboarding of new customers and ensures awareness of Arcwood processes.
